Tyria Timers is designed to work without user accounts, comments, forms, newsletters, or in-app purchases. The app stores timer preferences locally in your browser and does not operate its own user database.

When you visit this website, the hosting provider may process technical connection data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested files, referrer, browser, operating system, and response status. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website.

In production, this site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page usage. According to Vercel, Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies, does not associate page views with an individual or IP address, and is used for aggregated statistics. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in improving the website. If Analytics is disabled in a deployment, this section does not apply.

The app saves preferences only in your browser using local storage. This can include favorites, reminder choices, claimed daily rewards, time format, compact mode, hidden completed events, spawn sound, reminder lead time, server-time display preference, and market watchlist items. This data is not sent to Tyria Timers servers by the app and can be deleted by clearing your browser site data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in remembering your local settings.

The market watchlist can request public item, Trading Post, and item icon data from official Guild Wars 2 API and render services. These requests do not require a Guild Wars 2 API key. To reduce repeated requests to ArenaNet services, Tyria Timers may proxy and cache this public data through its own API routes, hosting provider, and CDN.

If market search or price-history features are enabled, item search queries and requested item IDs may be processed by Tyria Timers API routes and Supabase to return public item and Trading Post data. Your saved watchlist itself remains in local storage and is not stored as a user profile by Tyria Timers.

Daily market snapshots stored in Supabase contain public item IDs, buy and sell prices, quantities, and dates. They are not linked to a user account or browser identity by Tyria Timers.

The app may register a service worker so the interface and assets can load faster or remain available offline. Your browser may cache app files, icons, event images, and static data. You can remove this data through your browser settings.

The app can use your browser clipboard when you copy waypoints or event or item chat links. It can also use browser audio and speech synthesis for spawn sounds if you select a voice sound. These features run on your device.

This website links to external websites, especially the official Guild Wars 2 Wiki. Those sites are operated by third parties and have their own privacy practices.

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where the legal requirements are met.
